Finally...

Posted : 17 years, 1 month ago on 29 September 2007 03:13 (A review of Fallout 3)

Imagine playing Oblivion but in the year 2200, post-apocalypse. *drool*

Jesus...

More?!?!

I've only finished like 10% of the original game and I've played like 500 hours!

An OK Shooter

Posted : 17 years, 4 months ago on 27 July 2007 09:19 (A review of Call of Duty 3)

BAD: The story is all over the place, I'm not even really sure what my name is. My character keeps getting stuck on smaller objects that I can't even see, the field of view is small, even on an HD TV. Stupid little things like tires and rubble have mass and you cannot step over them. Quite annoying because then you are DEAD. Ha ha... Also annoying are the missions where dozens of enemy just line up one at a time in the same exact same map spot so you can snipe one every 4 seconds. A little AI please?
GOOD: Some of the missions are pretty intense and require a bit of strategy to complete. Driving is pretty cool.

Evil (but in a good way)

Posted : 17 years, 8 months ago on 26 March 2007 02:35 (A review of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion)

An incredibly evil game that involves keeping track of grains of sand in your pockets and crawling about forest floors picking berries.

And yet, for some reason, you actually want to do these things. In between pwning goblins and traveling to alternate universes to battle demons that is. It's incredibly addicting and fun. I'm going to take this rental back to the store and NEVER NEVER rent or buy this game again lest I never see daylight again.

Additional note: Some parts of this game are actually fairly scary and gory and disturbing, not for the kids.

I liked this show...

Posted : 17 years, 8 months ago on 14 March 2007 02:43 (A review of Over There)

..but after "Mission Accomplished" turned out to be not so accomplished, I imagine this show became a little too hot for Fox to keep on the air. Too bad, imagine the fun they could have had after dragging it out for two seasons.

Just drags on and on

Posted : 17 years, 8 months ago on 9 March 2007 04:02 (A review of Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan)

At the beginning, it's very funny. Hilariously funny. But eventually the same joke over and over gets tiring. Maybe I'll finishing watching it... maybe not...

Most Awesomest Movie Evar

Posted : 17 years, 8 months ago on 2 March 2007 03:24 (A review of Mad Max)

A bit of suspense, a bit of action, a bit of dystopia... Mel Gibson before he went wacko. What else do we need?

Quirky - Fun if you can ignore the Keanu

Posted : 17 years, 8 months ago on 2 March 2007 03:12 (A review of River's Edge (1986))

Yes, there once was a time when Crispin Glover was billed BEFORE Keanu Reeves. Crispin is really the only reason to watch this movie, Dennis Hopper parts are sporadic. Interesting to watch how Keanu is STILL playing the same character he did in this movie. Industrial music fan bonus: listen for the Cat Rapes Dog samples.

A Horror Film for Parents of Tween Girls

Posted : 17 years, 9 months ago on 1 February 2007 05:40 (A review of Thirteen (2003))

Yes, kids have a severe chemical imbalance going on in their heads during the teen years. And don't do drugs, kiddos, it just makes it worse.

I Love This Movie But...

I love this movie, it would be 10/10 if Lenny D wasn't in it.
